Back when I was a teenager, I got into color schemes. I remember looking at Van Gogh and other Impressionist work at the Art Institute of Chicago and being mesmerized by the colors they choose to put together. I could never explain why I started this series but I remember feeling passionate about what I was doing and I felt I was learning something new with each drawing I would put together. 1982-1985 Crayon Series |
